Easy Homemade Beauty Recipes-Oily Hair

Many people have oily hair, either by poor diet (which generates an excess of toxins that are excreted through the skin, and can fix it with a good detox diet short), hormones (especially during puberty and adolescence), the voltage (which increases androgen hormone in the bloodstream fat stimulating secretion of the glands) or merely hereditary factor.

Either way, it is usually quite uncomfortable as it makes the hair may look "dirty".

Here we show the three most effective alternative, natural and home to combat oily hair:

Homemade Shampoo:

Ingredients:
  • Chamomile, 2 tbsp.
  • Water, 1/2 cup
  • Lemon drops, drops
  • Cider vinegar, 2 tbsp.
  • Grated soap, 2 Tbsp.
Preparation:
  • Place in a bowl chamomile.
  • Add water, fire leads to boiling and let boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and filtered.
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice, cider vinegar and grated soap.
  • Stir until all ingredients are integrated.
Method of application:
  • Apply to wet scalp.
  • Friccina and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water.

Natural Rinse Mint:

Boil two cups of water and add a handful of fresh mint leaves. Strain the infusion and apply as a last rinse after shampooing.
Mint can be replaced by rosemary, both are equally effective.

Clay Mask:

Mix three tablespoons of white clay with a little hot water to form a paste (clay deep cleans hair and absorbs excess oil.

Apply the mixture on the roots and after 10 minutes rinse with warm water. Repeat every week.
